Although there several styles of Tai-Chi, we are at this time offering Yang Style Tai-Chi, taught strictly in accordance with the Yang Family principles.
Tai-Chi is also an excellent system of self-defense having been honed and tested over hundreds of years in China. Unlike most other systems of self-defense, this is ideally suited of all people regardless of sex, age, physical build or background, while at the same time enhancing one’s emotional, spiritual and physical well being.
