TAI-CHI RULER SHOPWORK
The latest Tai Chi Ruler 'ShopWork' held onMarch 29th and was well attended. We revisited the Ruler's history and benefits. Also the 2nd ruler exercise called 'Horizontal Fishing' and another supplement was introduced to the class.
